Stuck at character selection screen

initially i can play the game normally. then when i dc and tried to relog back in, i am constantly stuck at the character selection screen.
i tried reinstalling the client, beta files etc. but none seem to work.

i can log in to my acct but will always be start at the character selection screen after i key the 2nd password thing.

anyone can help me ? and there is no error report given..

yup. i checked. i got 0 loopback adapter now.


the above is a picture of wad i seeing. my character is like running on the same spot on the platform. while i can still see ppl smega....
am i banned?
if i am.. for what reason???
