disconnection right after typing in pic

i noe someone might have had tis problem before but im juz trying to ask if anyone could find a way to fix it becoz it blocks me from entering the game
P.S. i did try to disable my loopback adapter but i dun tink there is a use pls give a reply on how to fix tis ty
