hi i just join a few days ago and im wondering where/what to do so that i can level up for some rb's.

For training, you can start off with mobs in @spinel. After you start having a bit of damage. Go to fm 2 to kill the mobs there. When you have enough damage. You can wait for a Summer Event that is automated. It will come randomly, and there will be 2 bosses that drops Elucidator and Dark Repulser that will aid in easier rebirths. This shouldn't be here btw.

fm mobs currently dont give exp nor does fiesta and the summer event

The rebirthing system is getting changed currently which is the reason why. You can try khaos.
