Unable to log into game server (Character Stuck)

I was stuck after staying in one place training. @relog did not work, think it was also a lag . If anybody could unstuck me? Thanks!
Just a little thing out there, the login page on the home screen does not work. I think there should be a unstuck character page after logging in to warp the character to a safe page. :p
To all those who D/C after pic (Character selection): *link Alpha the owner atttached on his post READ BEFORE POSTING!
