Madara Weapon o-o

Here this is his weapon.Nothing special... However i need help on shading on the handle :[

Too small, looks like a violin, but the handles bigger.
Gradient shading, the dark part in the right circle makes it look the right circle is smaller than the left.
Too much random shading in the handle, so get a new palette.
