you'll need winrar or winzip (other programs that can do the exact same major abilities in both programs is fine too ^u^) if you do not have it. don't worry, the trial never expires, it will only show a message that winrar is not free software.

once you have downloaded SAI, open it, and then extract the SAI folder to some place you can easily find (such as your desktop) as you will not need to go and find the location of the download file. then, open the folder, and click on SAI. SAI should then start, and then you can go and use it to your heart's desire.
