Xbowmaster skill error Empty Xbowmaster skill error

For the past 2 days i'm not able to use strafe and snipe to do any damage to any monster in the game. Although the amount of damage is shown above the monster when i use the skill, however the monster's hp is still full no matter how many times i use the skill. Hope the gm can solved the problem soon. Sad
