did u read the descrpiton of the thread the other one i got bored one the one that doesnt look stupid i made better than the other one cause one thing the derp one was made for me to get a idea on the other one

the one in the left looks better cause i didnt rush it and the one in the right was rushed like real quick

Major things to work on...
If you were going for a chibi style, the proprtion of the head is is off,
and the hair seems really stiff, you need to "loosen" it up,
And, the Gfx section is for drawings that took more than 30 minutes to draw and put effort into.
