I know that once you adv into a job, your skills get maxed but sometimes when you log out or stay off for some days, SOME of your skills get to 0.
Thats why I'm suggesting this command. Some people do face problems like this. ( It's kinda considered as a suggestion and a bug report X3).

I think thats Only for some Jobs .=/
