Just use a sharpen tool across the entire thing, it is way to blurry, and you need a lightsource as well, adding shadows and lighting coordinated with a source, can make your drawings look much more smooth, and flow a lot better, as well as adding a level of quality you just can't achieve with out lighting.

well, I actually made it with nothing but an air brush tool. so I kinda meant it to be blurry. but not as blurry as it is. but thanks for the advice I'll be sure to take it into consideration next time I do something like this again. but I really need a drawing pad/tablet. so that way I can make better pictures and art.

Granted, using the airbrush tool will always give you a small blurry feeling. However just using sharpen on this can make it very much higher quality.

Lol, I really want a tablet to do drawings on, I used my friends, and the things is like having a copy paste for your pen, and I made a bunch of different anime, it was very neat! I am probably going to save up for a cheap one Razz
