Jump Quest Hacker Empty Jump Quest Hacker

Hi I was at the Sleepywood JQ on channel 3, and was in the lead. But then someone named Hav0cal passed me and he was flying. Then he won the JQ So I really think he was hacking. I didn't have time to get a screenshot but he was the first one to win, and it only took him a few seconds to win after the jump quest actually started.

Any help would be appreciated and I would really like him to get jailed.
