Jump Quest, need help! Empty Jump Quest, need help!

Hi, i've encounter error yesterday while doing the Jump Quest. I've completed stage 4 and i saw a NPC (wz_end), can't remember exact. Do i click him for prize or enter the portal ? Cause when i clicked him, server straight DC me. If it's error, can i still get my prize please? I took damn long to jump finished :/

For an Automatic Jump Quest, only the first person to complete the event gets the prize.
