Started Spriting Yesterday, Need CnC

So I know I posted this on a different thread for apps, but I'm re-posting it here so that I could receive some CnC hopefully.

Yesterday I began to sprite :

So I first tried spriting with those two hairs, didn't exactly go as I expected...But was able to get some progress thanks to 'W o o d s' and his link to Spriting Tutorials. (At least for the hair) Well I tried.

Saw the awesome keyblades on the server, but was a bit too scared to attempt any fancy ones.

And I felt like making a chibi Bob-omb hat, and will probably finish a whole set. :3

TBH I only like the first hair, the rest have odd shading and the second hairs color is weird.

Okay. I shall start with the hair. To be honest. The hair looks really awkward and so does the shading. Where's the outline of the hair?The hair is also out of shape. But i think it looks DECENT for your FIRST TRY.

There's not really much to say with the keyblade except more shading.

As for the Hat, Maybe you could make the back of the bob-omb smaller?
That's all i have to say.

To be honest i like the First hair, The 2nd? (you know what i mean)
The Keyblade lets see, what you doing here is pillow shading(Mean: Shade the object without following the Light Source( Light come from Top left)

Try to Avoid pillow shading and Gradient Shading( you might get in to this sometime.
GFX stuff ain't easy, its take time so try to learn from the best.
