The game won't open

I downloaded everything correctly and i did it multiple times, but when i click to open the game nothing happens at all. I get no error report or anything. My loopback is disabled and it is on the exception list on my firewall settings. Anyone know how to fix this??

If you're running it on Windows Vista or Windows 7, set the compatibility mode to Windows(Whatever version you got) and set it to run as administrator. That should work.

I tried that... it still didnt open. Nothing seems to happen at all, it's weird.
