ID stays logged in

One of my friends has a problem, he can't log in anymore he keeps getting that message and he made a new ID and gets the same message over and over again... any suggestions for him??

Go to DChaosms.net. Log in by typing in the username and password, click enter, then click home. Next, go to Char. Fixes, next click "ID already logged in!", then just click fix. Simple =)
