DC after PIC (Not loopback)

Okay, so my account is unbanned and something's wrong.
Here are the details:
1. Open client,
2. Login,
3. Select channel,
4. Double-click character,
6. Enter PIC,
7. Game shuts off, giving message "You have been disconnected from the login server".

My friend also tried and he was the first who reported to me about this problem, so I know it's not a corrupted file, nor is it a loopback adapter issue (so don't ask or I'll belt you over the head). None of my characters work, no do any accounts.

Any suggestions?

The map you're trying to log into is lagging.

I'm in the same boat. Just ask for a server restart.
