Lame, and simple, yes I know. However, I think I'm improving a little more with each attempt. Any idea how to upload a GIF with better quality? That is pathetic compared to what it looks like on my monitor.

The mirror reflection doesn't really look good with it, but overall. Nice.

I did want to just leave the neon look alone, but I was afraid it would seem to bland....
Ehh, the focus is on the flag for the most part I guess. Ill be posting another animation here soon. Id love your constructive criticism on that too!

Yeah, take out the mirror reflection and the character blur needs to be toned down. The flag is good where it is.
