Meh, I don't know. The shading doesn't look quite right, looks a bit gradient.

Maybe, the grey part should be a little bit bigger. Not sure though.

The original picture is equal half and half with color. Your sword is pretty good. Maybe a little longer though? The grayish part is bigger than the black. Should make the lower. Pretty good though

Maybe a little darker tint for the black. But it's very good.
