What am i doing wrong with the shading in the hair?

I'm on my iPod so I cant see it very well but ill try to cnc anyway. First of all your outline looks sloppy and it looks to thick at the top (it should be 1 pixel thick). Second, your strands look like they are everywhere, draw some guidelines before u start shading. Also, make your palette contrast more. Ill look at it more when i get home from school. Hur hur long post c:
Edit: kay so i see it better now. the thickness of the outline is fine, but you should delete those extra corner pixels
