Nice work for your first gfx! A thing you should work on is the lighting, the sun would be shining down from the left top corner, so you would make it shine a little on the left of the blade. But it was a good attempt for your first try! Very Happy

i think the blade should be bigger and also the handle should be a little thicker

Bottom of blade outline should be less straight, and I think the whole blade should be a bit bigger. The shading is weird, get better palette :3 and to me it looks a bit bland, but I've never seen this anime so I wouldn't know. Hope mah advice helps u c:

Not only the blade is too small, the pole too.
The shading isn't right either, the light comes from top left, try changing that.
But it's nice for the first time.

Maka's Scythe, Soul is longer but I'm not saying its bad but I just wanted it to be fixed Razz
