IP ban appeal

Reason:
I don't exactly know why I've been IP banned, I'd like to know of course, but it might have been a mistake by Alpha.
Testimonials:
I was banned when the server restarted, it said ''offline'' in the website and a couple of minutes it said ''online'', after I launch the game it says it's unable to connect to the game server.
Why should your ban be lifted? If you did do something wrong, why should we give you a second chance?
I'd like my ban lifted because I don't know how it happened or what I did to receive an IP ban. If I did something wrong I'd like to know.
Screenshots/proof:
I don't have any ss prior to my IP ban because I didn't think I would be banned at all.

I think its not IP ban. Server just got some lag after crash.If you have been banned you can still turn on the client but yu cant login.

If it is a ip ban, then just pm alpha your ip on the forums.

I sent a message to Alpha this Wednesday but he didn't answer yet, is there a GM that can help me? I'm not able to enter the site either, please help me.

Is it okay if I use an IP hider to play DChaos? I looked at a thread for hotspot shield and was able to log in, my account wasn't banned but my IP was.

Using an IP Hider is basically a 'hack' tool. Used to bypass a IP-Ban. So no, it wouldn't be okay. The website was down for around 10~20 minutes a few days ago for everyone. Check if you're able to go on the website now.

Well I'll avoid using the IP hider, but the website and game still don't work for me despite the website restart.

This happened during the rollback (or whatever it was), I tried logging in when the server was off and when it turned on, I was IP banned.

Nevermind, after the server just restarted, I can log in now for some reason. I hope it stays like this...
