I believe he was duping, because he has 2 rebirths, and he has 4 WB rings, a Thunder Edge, and several other stuff i didn't get to see.

Testimonials:
SoJelly was trying to catch him and confiscate his Thunder Edge to give it to a gm, but he failed. Also xXNightLrdXx was trying the same.
