Unable to download the client Empty Unable to download the client

I've downloaded all the 11 files and now finally I have to download the client.When I click run program it pop out a error saying I
didn't have ijl15.dll and have to redownload again. Please help~! Sad

try deleting everything but the .exe or .rar files then
try downloading the client
first extract the client then
you extract just part 1
if that dosen't work try extracting the client first then the part 1
i had problem with this as well i forget how i fixxed
but im positive it was just a matter of reinstalling it
