I can't vote?! :(

Hello, I joined your server 3 days ago. I first voted when i joined and i can't vote since. It says you have already voted. I waited whole day to vote but it wouldn't worked. Please help me

Today is my 7th day. when i vote i get an error saying that i voted already and the time says like 10sec before i tried to vote.
I log in and get no VP or nx ... And yes i know how to vote
