i believe he should get a ban at 1k w.att and hits around 10m with 1 msi
i hit 5 times as much and my range is higher than 1k

duh even i cannot reach 1b damage without full buff + aran combo 1k+

and the only skill that can reach 1b is the susano skill, monkey wave (arial strike w/e i forgot the skill name).

he need a ban.. full ip + MAC ban
