Laciex ban appeal

Hi,
recently Laciex was banned for vote abuse.
Yes i saw Laciex "screen shot photo's" but what didn't make sence is that how it wouldnt add up to 1 mil of nx.
For all of who doesnt know laciex... shes been playing D.Chaos since roughly around last year of november.
Laciex does omit of voting over 4 times a day.
But she only voted more to only make up days she missed on voting.
but does it really not add up to 1mil of nx ( 1,282,224 nx to be exact)?
Please realli realli consider this whoever is reading this!
I really will love to have lacie back... It's really painful not being able to see laciex get on... its very depressing for everyone who are close to her... please please reconsider this ban and i wouldnt mind paying the price for laciex just bring her back please.

lacie has bought a wrs witch costed 100 and she was ban for vote abuseing but scrtach dat she has been playing for along time now so it is reasonable dat she could have 1,282,224 nx gm ray has informed me dat if u take the number of nx and devide dat by 15000 u get the vp total and for 1mil nx if u take 1mil devide dat by 15000 u get 66 and if lacie has enough to buy a wrs then it does not rly make sense dat she has been ban cuz u gms think dat having 1mil nx is to much and pluz she thought if u miss a day of voting u can vote twice the next day ik she went wrong there but alot of ppl including me rly wants lacie bak she like the best thing dat happend to us in chaos its no fun with out her and gm u could have ask y she was vote abusing instead of taking drastic action

It seems there has been an increase in bans related to vote abusing.
How to check for vote abuse:
Now, if I understand this correctly.....did you say she votes MORE THAN 4 times a day?
because if votes per day > 4, then that's vote abuse, and she gets a rightful ban.
How to check for vote abuse:

You can vote twice every 12 hours. that's 4 times a day, which is in fact legit. (4 votes in 24 hours).
it takes 67 votes to get 1,000,000 nx.
67 divided by 4 is roughly 17 days of voting.
Lacie has been part of D.Chaos for far longer than 17 days.
even if she didn't vote 4 times a day...let's say she votes only twice a day. You still get a month's worth of voting twice a day.
The fatal flaw in this calculation is that a player who spends NX in the cash shop will not show the total amount of Nx they earned. so one could get 3 million nx, spend half an hour buying 2,500,000 nx worth of cash items, and be left with 500k nx, and no one would be on their case.

duh Laciex why you do this... you should know vote more then 4 time per day (even 5 time in a day) = vote abuse...

At least temporary ban? I know she has many friends and it would suck hard if you lost a good friend. Ray, like you tried to stop Alex from getting himself banned, I'm sure that if they could stop it, they would try to.

Once again; I would like to point this out, I was not banned because of vote abusing so it's an entirely different situation with Lacie and I do agree that a temporary ban should be placed on her because other than vote abusing, she has been a legit player; she made friends and she didn't hack or do shit that would damage the already non-existing economy.

The screen shot DOES NOT show her admitting she voted over 4 times in ONE DAY. Do you see the problem here? She could have been banned on false pretenses. Of course he has voted over 4 times. But in a single day? Did she admit to that? Becuase the question asked was "did you vote over 4 times?"
You must be clear in your questioning and evidence.

I agree, if you ask me I voted 4 times I would say yes also. But actually, I would be smarter than the GM. I would ask "Today? Or...?".

i think I've posted enough evidence of the lack of evidence to constitute an unban. This is very sketchy and it seems like she was banned as soon as she sounded suspicious....
In America we have this saying: "innocent until proven guilty."
1 million nx is not suspicious for a player who has been playing for over 2 months.
1,000,000nx / 15,000nx = 66.7 vote points.
66.7vp / 4votes per day = 16.7 days.
the screen shot does not nail her for admitting that she voted abused, or voted more than 4 times a day. she said yes to voting over 4 times, and I feel that was misinterpreted by the gm as: "yes, I voted more than 4 times in a single day (24 hours)".
you need cold hard evidence. not "oh he said she said they said he said that lacie vote abused and admitted voting more than 4 times a day", you need

I will unban her, since it's true shes a nice player and she does plays since last november, I don't realy remmember who did ban her but I think she deserves to be un-banned.
