Hi, I'm Skein. I've been messing around on this server for quite some time, yet never really had a long-term alias nor involved myself with the community. Over the past couple days, it's seems that's changed. I've already created a character which I intend to keep, and here I am today, creating my first post on these forums. A good start would most likely be to tell you a little about myself, so here it goes. My name, as you may have guessed, isn't actually Skein. Skein is a cryptographic hash function created by Bruce Schneier, which was entered into the NIST hash function competition in 2008. It is now one of the five finalists in the competition, the winner should be announced sometime this year. However, I realize that probably doesn't interest any of you.

I am what you may call a hacker. The core of the game, or anything really, is what always interests me. I love reading into it's functions, tampering with the data just to see what works. However, I'm not a coder -- I've not done much more than glance at any kind of source code for the game. Still, I'd say I know how things work for it inside and out. I believe, if given the chance, I'll prove myself to be very beneficial for this server. In game I'm known as Skein. If you wish to contact me while I'm on I'm sure I'd be more than happy to converse with you, assuming that I'm not busy trying to hang out with a specific close friend of mine (which does consume a reasonable portion of the time I'm in game). I've got a lot more I could say, but who doesn't like a man of mystery? If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them if you'll just post below.
