I need someone to Teach me how to use Fireworks :/

I use Photoshop to animate this can someone tell me How many Frames should i use? O____O

Alright First to show u basics here how to do a proper border

i saved as a .png so u can use it for yourself, also the the folders are set up in the order of how the thing should be placed such as
(folder: Charatcer)
should have the characters placed in it
(folder: line)
The character should be placed on top of this
(folder: Borders)
has the name here and the borders to show a kind of depth
(folder: Map)
the map should be placed here to get a type of setting

The frame rates should be at-least from 6-9
my preference for frame rate is 7, every 7 frames is basically 1 second, but for moves at-least every attacking pose can be from 1-3 poses and on slides it can go from 7-5-3-2-1, to 5-3-2-1, or 3-2-1, all depends on impact, Slides also are the same landing pose/pose after the attack, the alert and standing poses each one should be at-least 1 second

now for the 6-9 frame rate

now the confusing part, unlike flash fireworks is a bit faster as in , the lower the frame the faster the speed, every 6 frames is more like 2-3 seconds but this is an alert pose and the stands would be the same, learn the basics such as walking, alerts, and stand, and the rest kinda goes on with it
