Error Code: 38

I am very Unlucky today, 2 Problems in one day.

Problem:
I keep on crashing every time I login in, after I enter my PIN.

last thing I did:
I was at the FM in Channel 1, and then I changed to Channel 2 my screen went black, and then I crash, with the error code : 38.

What I have tried:
Unstuck from the website
look for a loop back adapter that was enable
Created a new account
login in multiple time
Re download the files
Log in into a different channel 1 and 2

In the end:
I am still getting the Error code: 38 every time I try to log into Initia.
I am able to log in with my other account and play with a different character, without any crashing.

I have re downloaded the files, and it is still giving me the same error, Error code : 38.

WEll go to CC2 when u have that error

Use Char fix from the WEbsite
