Need immediate GM/Admin attention!

Okay so my problem is basically.. At random times, my screen will start flashing or flickering. It continues to do this until either the server restarts or I alt+tab. Sometimes, it goes away for 10-15min and returns. Other times, however, it comes back after merely 30 seconds and makes gameplay IMPOSSIBLE.

Is there any way to fix this? Any ideas? And if there aren't, could you fix this soon?
So far this server is beautiful except for the lags and this problem >.<;
I'm running windows 7, if that's any help.
And my graphics card isn't bad; I play Aion (very high intensity graphics) with no problem whatsoever.
This problem has also ONLY occured on this server; no other maplestory private servers.
