After see that pic, I try to go to vote link (http://dchaosms.dyndns.org/?page=vote) and click a Blue one button named UPS -> I copy this link (http://dchaosms.dyndns.org/?page=voteu) and paste in many tabs, https://2img.net/h/i1089.photobucket.com/albums/i343/nhokdevilluv/Untitled.png and write name on the space in each tab -> voting at same time and don't click yes or no. That website allowed to vote many times. .Trust me, I try it before.
Maybe, he's new here he doesn't know, we just vote 4 times per day, right? I think he just plays for fun, so U could remove all stuff he had by voting and fix that error :")

We make it clear that you can vote once on each site every 12 hours. obviously, if you vote more than that in 12 hours, you're cheating, and will be punished.
