equip inventory item problem...

1 problem per week...i so unlucky...
After the srb ring problem, a "brand new" problem come out within 1 week

all my equip inventory item gone after auto server restart turn on...

and all my things (in item inventory except equip*equip in item inventory) also gone...

I ASKING FOR HELP FROM GM SECOND TIME NOW...
i want my 2 srb ring back only...the other nevermine

actually i have this problem before but not got this problem after auto server restart turn on...i delete the character after got this problem...(that is a 0 rb character so i delete it and play again)

BUT
MY THIS CHARACTER GOT 2 SRB RING!!! and the srb ring just disappear after the auto server restart turn on
i play yesterday...and experiment told me auto server restart been turn off by alpha
so i go chat with WhyteBeer and he say he will tell alpha to turn it on again(so the server no lag)
then the day after tommorow...
i log on like normal and i see....all my equip inventory item gone!!
other equip (except srb ring) gone i didn't mind but...my 2 srb ring just gone like that...

any gm please help me again...PLEASE

Tuesday and Thursday
: 6.30 am to 11.00am(UTC/GMT)
: 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm(UTC/GMT)

Wednesday:
:6.30 am to 8.00 am(UTC/GMT)
: 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm(UTC/GMT)
