Can't talk to those npcs in fm 23

I tried talking to the npcs in fm 23, and suddenly there is error and I was logged out of the game.
Can someone help me?

Have you tired @dispose and sometimes double clicking the NPC dc's me as well so try clicking once.

Or @relog / Ask GM to reload map / Quit the game and log in again.

Thx for the help, guys. I now know the reason why, I double-clicked the npcs, that's why. =)
