1. You didnt check if she really duped or picked up the items from a duper
2. Insta ban without checking if she was a duper

Simply shows you stalking her then banning her and you showing an inventory of chickens.

if you look at the screenshot, she doesn't even hide the GM clothes. Clue 1. Second of all the ign looks completely random and generated.

Maybe there was more evidene but screenies didn't pick them up. I personally think that gm's have a right to ban as long as there is some evidence or witnesses. But you have to trust gm's more, just my opinion. Also nice catch

Theres a possibility that the person picked up the items from a duper, but uitaka didnt gave her a chance to explain.

I caught a duper a few hours after this happened and i think that she picked up the items from him.

1. On the pics, the "duper" is a newbie. (always see newbies in henesys training)
2. i saw the real duper duping in henesys townstreet (Maya's house)

2 things might happen:
1. the "duper" might have entered henesys town street and saw chickens/GM suit on the floor and picked it up
2. The real duper left the map and dropped the items in henesys

So uitaka might have banned a innocent person

True so it depends on how it happened. But your also right shoudn't have been so rash. Also, he shoulda jailed first. So yea, but he is newer then most gm's so he just needs a little bit of experience. I think you can help that
