Cant log in(some one plse help my friend)

Today, I bought pet food at fm (talk to fredrick then all in one shop,then buy at cash item,then pet..........)
And I dc...(from dchaosms to desktop)
After that, I can log in my id, but cant log in my character...I can log in other character exp this one..
I test all the following steps:
1) unstuck character(use character fix)
2)teleport to other place(use character fix)
3)unable to log in(use character fix)
4)use other pc to log in
5)wait for 5 hour

But still cant log in...

character name:iDualBz

Some one plse help me...
