Dc-ing after i click ''Next'' Empty Dc-ing after i click ''Next''

When i wanted to change hair i clicked Next or Back then i dc and an error pops out saying error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002). Just to be clear i have the beta file in it and i disabled ''Microsoft Loopback Adapter''

Does anyone know to fix this error once and for all ?? -.- Sorry for bothering your time :X
