No. Catching hackers are to improve the general gameplay of D.ChaosMS EX, catching hackers (at the moment) does not give you any special titles or any kind of special abilities.

I am a .Wz editor as well as a coder, graphic designer, and developer I have various knowledge
in .Wz editing and I am able to complete the needed requirements posted above. In addition I am
able to create Custom items and properly execute them into the game

Seriously, for all previous and future applications, give some damn examples.

Its like saying:
"I'm President Obama, I can declare war w/ North Korea whenever I please."

1) Are you really Obama?
2) You have to let it pass through the Congress and make sure it passes before officially declaring a war. (not related)
