Can't start D Chaos MS. Empty Can't start D Chaos MS.

Everytime i try to run D Chaos MS [ Non hamachi server ] then it takes like 5 mins to start, but when it wants to start it sais i have something wrong with my firewall or that there might be a server update going on ... but i shut my firewall down and it still happened does anyone know what i might need to do ?

try redownload the client of the new IP,or turn off your loopback adapter if you got a previous server.
