error code -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x30080002)

This happens every time. I open Dchaos and everything goes fine. But when I try to change my hair style it always closes and this comes up. Every other option works like, skin color, hair color, eye, etc.. Is there any way to fix this? And I downloaded the latest beta files.

Make sure the hair color is black before changing anything else. Change your char's hair color last.

i got those error too when i change my config key and changing hair
