Rate my Artwork & Animation?

Side Note** This is about 7 Days old, thanks to the Forums not allowing me to post External Links untill my accounts been registered for 7 days and making me wait... F7

I was inspired by Cpt. Vito's new picture that they showed us in the Chat.
so I thought I'd do a drawing for my Character myself~

And what you see in my Avatar and below was the result~!

But a few hours after finishing, I had the sudden urge to animate it...
It just looked like it would work, and in my opinion, It did. :3

(I've had to place a URL of it on my DeviantART account, simply because A: I can't host the image on here. B: Photobucket is being an arse and won't let Regular Members upload .swf Files anymore e.e)

Please give feedback on what you think of it, and possibly any pointers so that I may improve~
