Voting Bug

I've tried voting twice and both times I managed to vote but no NX credits was given. And I tried again and both times they gave me this error:
"Invalid query: Duplicate entry 'akimotostar' for key 'PRIMARY' Whole query:"

Has my account been glitched? Its not easy to vote since our IP addresses get 'booked up' all the time even though we have not voted. Please try to rectify the problem. Thank you.

I think vote is just bugged for a time and it's not fixed yet? o.o
So maybe need to wait ?
