Are you referring to how the hairstyle changes?

If so, that hairstyle has sprites that change during the standing animation, which was present since a while back. It's not a bug, but it can be fixed by a WZ editor. Your best bet is to change to another hairstyle for now.

This is supposed to happen. It's a custom sprited hair, not a bug.
