Is this server dead?

So, I wasn't looking at dchaos since the wizstory and I've decided to come check it out and to my surprise, and I mean no offense, it seems that the server is dead, barely any active posts on forum, no more than 10 players online at a time.. So I was just wondering what happened, I mean, this was if I recall one of the most popular MS private servers, so how could it fall so much. If anyone could explain to me, I would appreciate it greatly.

Well, our rankings in Gtop100 isn't too noticeable. Server had a few bugs that made people left. And this is only the beginning. Also this is a Reborn of it. So pretty new.

Ahh..how about a little timeline into the past?

Let's start out with this. This server has been through A LOT of shit. Yes, it used to be one of the most popular as a v83 server could be that averaged around 200 players per day.

D.ChaosMS v112.4 is when things got complicating with the whole changing versions so suddenly and players having to start over since their stuff got wiped. Bugs, bugs and drama occurred. So then, the server shut down due to threats from Nexon.

After a while, WizStory came to be as v117.2. It only averaged about 20-30 players as best. However more drama ensued and then players pretty much left the server, leaving it as a ghost town up in the ghetto.

Then this server right now comes up suddenly, but the Maplestory PS community IMO is dying, especially for lower versions and the fact that this server is heavily grinding, it gets boring after a while. Not to mention, the amount of people afking in the FM and advertising to get people to play. Will this server become what it used to be? I don't know, let's see how the community and development goes.
