Error code : -2147024809 (The parameter is incorrect.)

I downloaded the setup that Fate posted, then I extracted it to a new folder then I extracted the client into the setup... but now it wont start when I try to open it

Oh, that shouldn't be a problem (get them plenty of time each time I started the client too early right after restart), try running the client again with that error code on.
For an advice, try running the client different from usual. (Like. Click around, move mouse around, leave error codes on, close some running apps in the taskbar, etc...)
