Error Code : -2147221000 (DLL For Class Not Found)

Hey guys can someone help me with the Error Code : -2147221000 (DLL For Class Not Found) I downloaded the beta files but both parts of it have the same files so i put them in the dchaosms folder and i replace old ones and then when i try it still gives the error if you could tell me if im doing it right that would be great by the way this is the Demon Slayer Beta Please Help!
