Cannot connect to game and web site Empty Cannot connect to game and web site

Yesterday the game and the web site worked perfectly but today I can't connect to the game and to the web site of d.chaosms, i already tryied to re-install the game put the fix change the ip restart the pc and nothing works... please help.

Maybe the game is offline?
