It's not good, even for a beginner. I recommend learning with flash or fireworks, if you are animating. If you are trying to get into video editing, that's different, and you should work with Sony vegas pro. You can learn from Sony Vegas tutorials on YouTube, and flash techniques at maplemation

It's bad,i'm sorry that i have to say this but this is true:the animation was choppy,the frames were slow and no physics if you really wanna animate then look at tutorials,also make sure you animate on 24 - 30 FPS.here's a tutorial how to animate with flash: http://www.dcmsforum.net/t3224-flash-tutorial

it needs improving ofc, as ray said, you should use flash or fireworks.
check royalcrest and/or maplemation.
i'd begin with simple things and evolve it further into greater vids
i myself am also going to begin using fireworks etc for animating.
