Esper Heavenly Hammer no Dmg??? Empty Esper Heavenly Hammer no Dmg???

I am using a Palidian but the attack Heavnely hammer is doing no damage what so ever. is it a Glich a bug or what?

I think it's main purpose is to leave enemies with only 1 HP left. Not intended to do any damage.

Its a known issue and they are trying to fix it hopefully.
