Ij.Dll Missing? Empty Ij.Dll Missing?

Hey guys I'm a new player and i just downloaded d.chaosms and when i launch the .exe, it says ij.dl missing. someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

turn off your anti virus then extract the file again.

Disable your Anti-virus and re-download all parts. Maybe it'll work that time.
