Hello, I am new and I tried to login into the game but I keep getting stuck on the PIC scrreen.
I make a character and then proceed to the PIC and it just gets stuck there.
I don't have any loopback adapters nor extra local area connection adapters either.

P.S I noticed my character gets deleted every time I close the client as if I never made it.

Any suggestions?

I noticed GM's and other staff say its only a today issue.
Is that correct?

The server is being prepared to get updated to v112. Things will happen that will cause inconvenience for you. Being stuck at the PIC screen usually means the server is just lagging.
